High in the Adirondack Mountains, Chamlar Lakefront Resort & Cottages, is nestled on the shores of beautiful Schroon Lake. Our guests are greeted with an incredible view of the lake and surrounding mountains that they will cherish forever! Though retaining their rustic flavor, our 3, 4 or 5 bedroom housekeeping cottages have been recently renovated and some are wheelchair-friendly.
Chamlar's cottages are located right on the lake! Guests enjoy 300 feet of private, sandy beach.
Fish from our dock, explore the lake in our rowboats, Or..... just sunbathe and do nothing at all! 
You are welcome to moor your boat at our lakefront during your stay with us. 
Our large, central lawn is perfect for all types of outdoor activities.
Guests enjoy volleyball, frisbee, croquet, badminton or just relaxing with friends and family!
Guests have full run of Chamlar's facilities. They are welcome to enjoy the beautiful lake using our rowboats and canoes, or just sit on the dock and watch the world go by! After a busy day on the lake or exploring nearby attractions, guests can kick back at night, make new friends, and roast s'mores at our campfire pit.
